Boris sent me a color JPEG which I fiddled with a bit.  Were it my pic and
had I wanted to invest a little more time, there are a few more adjustments
I'd make, such as bringing down the bright area behind the guy's head and
perhaps getting it to match the rest of the door.  I had a problem with the
fellow's hat - there was pretty much no detail in it to work with, and it
was a balancing act to eek out as much detail as I could and add a little
tone to the areas that were completely fried.  I might have also worked on
deepest shadows of the fellow's eyes.  Anyway, here's an adjustment from
the original JPEG.

I'd have liked to have had the RAW file with which to work.  Maybe there
was more detail in the hat and some other areas in the photo that were
pretty much fried in the JPEG.
