You'll note I only addressed the quality of the image, not the subject, not
the composition ... Boris is capable of far better work, that's why I asked
what he did and why. Perhaps if we could see the original, and understand
what he was trying to do, the results would have some context, and be
better understood by those viewing the photograph and trying to give a
meaningful response. Sure, my words are strong and direct - Boris asked
that we "be brutal" <LOL> My words reflected my honest feelings.
I suppose Shel was right. In fact I'd rather receive comments like he
and Frank gave because they are, hmmm, unabridged...
Like I said, I screwed up, but after some time in front of my monitor
with Elements I kind of lost sense of photographic reality :). So I
submitted this image for critique...
I wholeheartedly thank everyone who responded.
