And they came out of receivership a couple of months ago.
With some cost reduction and good management, I would expect a B&W film
manufacturer to have a better chance of survival than a color film maker
these days. In the past year I think the photo store where I worked sold
more B&W film than color. Color neg just sat on the shelf while Tri-X
and TMAX flew out the door.

Agfa dumped off its photo division, which became AgfaPhoto, about a year
ago. It was saved from immediate death by an employee buy-out, IIRC.
This is strike two for Agfa film and probably is the end for them.
