Thanks for looking, Paul. All I have is PS Elements 2, though. I'm planning on upgrading the version 3, but don't know if either has the shadow/highlight tool. I'll have to look. I was trying to emphasize the light on the eyes, which was the focus of the photograph and I thought were large and beautiful, though quite frightened.
