Hi Johannes, As your English seems very good, here are some notes on actul usage over here:
Half-timbering would be the correct description, but it sounds strange and I have never heard it actually used that way in English. 'Half timbered' is pretty much the only gramatical form in current usage although other verb tenses are undoubtably correct. Framework doesn't actually mean very much at all - it would equally apply to a modern steel and glass construction, 'wood framed' is common usage but implies a fully timbered house rather than the half timbered subject of yours.
