Good. You're getting the hang of it. You might want to burn in the kids in the front a bit and dodge those in the back a little. I'd set both tools at midtones and around 8%. Then work gently with a large, soft brush. However, it's a nice momento of the event as it is.

Nothing great but the Mom loves the print.
Left Emmy pretty much dead center because
I couldn't bring myself to crop out some
of the other kids expressions.
Left some "audience heads" cause it looks
like the kids in front are singing right to
the audience, as they should be.
Run thru Neat Image at 8bit since that's all
the "freebie" version supports.
I'll work on it more to get in some practice
time in the RAW converter but this is better
than I expected given the poor conditions
it was shot under.
I may try to kill that awful green curtain in
the upper right.
No prize here but a fun pic anyway.

Quite the serious little thing isn't she?
You'd never know it to see her in "real life"!
