You forgot to mention that the flash exposure was bad. He should probably leave his pants on next time.

I'd have moved the camera a few feet to the right, and taken a slightly higher vantage point. This would have improved the spatial relationship between subject and background. I would also have burned in the top left hand corner a bit to clarify that bit of detail.
Oh yes, I would also have pushed the button.
Sorry for such an unhelpful critique, but you didn't give me much to work with.
