It's a US$25 (Fuji Provia 400F 135-36 RHP AU$24.24 + DnD processing AU$8.80) question vs US$3.78 (AU$5.00) for a 16"X20" straight digital print via email. Print film is cheaper but processing is the same and prints are more costly than prints from digital files. It's not economies of scale that make film use costly here, we've just been ripped off for years by all the major vendors and they are suffering for it now.
