I was trying to get one other dog in frame as well as
the leaper; I was lucky to get a third one (and also
to have none of the dogs facing away from me).
It's hard to tell, in that photograph, but that catch
really is high in the air - there's probably 30" or
more of clearance between the dog and the ground.

That shot was with my lightweight walkaround kit
(*ist-D, 28-105, 80-320).  I went back for the second
show with the heavy artillery (FA 80-200/2.8), but I
didn't have as much luck with the subject material.
