I have a 328 as well. I really like it... I even bought the spot attachment (which is no good in low light). Spot flash metering is pretty cool :) It also happens to be the most accurate AA-battery tester I've ever used.
Now that I have a Pentax digital spot meter the Sekonic never gets used but I know that I'll need an ambient/flash meter the day after I sell it.
