Alas, digital photographers frequently waste their time shooting things
like -- dare I say it -- flowers. Yes, I'm embarrassed to admit it, but
I shot another flower. It's a rhododendron bud that is just about to
open. It will be the first of the big leaf rhodies in my yard. It's
also one of my favorites, because the buds are a nice shade of crimson
that fades to pink as they open. What a waste of electrons <vbg>.
