PESO: Smoke 'Em If You Got 'Em

Hi all!  I'm still mostly reading/lurking, but thought I'd pop in for 
a bit.  I appreciated the comments and good suggestions on my first 
PESO a week or so ago, and thought it was time for another.

This was taken recently at the Texas State Capitol, in Austin -- time 
for a smoke break during the busy legislative session.  I know the 
scan itself is not very good, but I'm a cheapskate who likes to blame 
Sam's Club for such things.
