At least UPS doesn't charge any brokerage fee so long as it's not Ground. When
ordering from B&H, I prefer UPS Expedited for this reason. However, any late
shipping due to backordered situation will be shipped by USPS.
Sadly, I have never been able to get UPS to deliver anything from a foreign country in an undamaged condition.
I'll pay the 8 bucks happily to not have to deal with UPS.
