Tokina 7--210mm lens

Hi, I've just picked the above lens for a small sum, prior to getting my 
ist*D - does anyone have any experience/information about it?

It's 'K' mount - but I assume that it will be manual focus only? (sorry if 
that appears to be a typical 'noobie' question - but I am, at the moment, 
just a noobie)

Any other information, pointers, tips gratefully received ( a link to an 
lens manual for it would also be appreciated)
