I'm quite fond of my MZ-5n. One of these can certainly be found for well under your price limit. Heck, You could even get a lens or two with that.
Manual focus cameras we seem to like include the MX, LX (not likely to find one worth buying for three bills), Super Program among many more.

Somehow I got this 77 Limited in my hands, yet no Pentax body. I have $300 to burn for this, for that money I can see *ist ( I am looking for a film body). Any beter ways to spend this money?
I shoot in MF mostly, I use 135 film on occasion: mostly old Minoltas (SR-1, SRT-101, X-700, etc), but I hear that the limied line is something to look at and I did not pay for the lense.. so what the heck..
