Finally!

I spent most of the last 24 hours on GFM where we had an opportunity to try 
and photograph the new bear cub, Boomer.  Unfortunately he had other ideas 
and spent the whole morning in a tree.  Mama bear, Carolina, was too 
interested in eating lemon cookies to concern herself with posing for a 
couple of rank amateurs.

The subject of this post, Finally!, refers to the fact that I've been trying 
for about 6 years to get a good photo of one of the mountains wild turkeys. 
I succeeded about 10 minutes before we departed the mountain.

I'll post some photos when I'm able.  The CF, PCMCIA (or whatever) was 
working fine when I arrived home.  I went to Wally World and ran a few 
prints on the Aladdin kiosk.  When I returned home, no luck on the CF,PCMCIA 
combo.  It either doesn't show a removable drive, or even worse, locks the 
whole system up.  Guess I'll take the card to work tomorrow and put all the 
images on a CD.
