Hi Tan, mine's done that twice due to low batteries. I had to take the batteries out, wait about 15 minutes, replace the batteries, wait another 10 minutes and all was well again. It takes a while for the camera to "reset" its poor little brain, a quick battery change won't do it. I HAVE NOT had that problem, or any others since starting to use Lithium batteries exclusively.
