Met John Forbes the day before, very nice chap! I envy those who can make it to the London PDML gathering - I will be in Poland at the time. Looking forward to the huge pile of posts blocking my inbox after getting back, so keep the list flowing :) My other DSLR (non-Pentax) has returned from warranty repair, after intermittent shutter problems after 20 000 or so exposures. Of course they "didn't find any problems with it". Oh my. Suggested to bring it in the next time it starts failing. Oh well, like the last time it did that I was in the Parliament shooting MPs like crazy, I am supposed to interrupt that and run to the service center?!? Than, the second one starts corrupting the card because of old aged batteries (as I wrote last time), again in the middle of an important event. Grrrr. I want to shoot film! No such damn problems.
