No, a cable car (in San Francisco) is not called a tram, although its
purpose, and to a small extent, its design, is similar.

Why would you want to buy a Leica or an Epson?  Are you dissatisfied with
your Pentax digi for some reason?

I've looked (many times) at the left-most man.  Do you have a suggestion? 
Is there something you think should be done with the photograph?  Speak up,
