I agree with Bruce ... the pic looks a bit too sharp, and the bokeh isn't
that pleasant.  Of course,the lens creates the bokeh and the only thing you
can do about it is to soften it in PS using some blur (try the Lens Blur
Filter as opposed to the more traditional, and less photographically
correct, Gaussian Blur)

Also, there's a drop of water that contrasts with his lip.  That's just the
way the scene was shot, but may I suggest the healing brush or clone stamp
to get rid of just that one drop.  It may improve the pic quite a bit.
