I just walked into my local Cash Converters and noticed a Tamron Adaptall 2 mount for Pentax ES attached to what I thought was a Tamron 2x tele-converter. The cost was $25.
I've been looking for an Adaptall mount for my Spotmatic F and ES so I bought this one straight away. These adapters appear rarely on Ebay and they usually go for quite a bit more than $25, so I thought this was a good deal. When I took a closer look later, I found that the adapter was, in fact, attached to a 24-48 mm SP wide zoom. It appears to be optically and mechanically perfect. I' feeling just a little pleased with myself.... Does anone have experience wiyh this zoom? Any comments on its performance?
