My auction specifies USA only, but I've had two inquiries from Canada, and have agreed to ship there. While I'm at it, for anyone on the PDML list, I'll ship wherever you live. If you live outside the USA, please contact me before bidding so that I can work out the shipping rate for you. For Canada, via USPS Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation, and including packaging, $24.00US, plus optional insurance of $5.60 (at your option). For other countries I'll just do the math and keep it as reasonable as I can. I usually keep my auctions USA as a precaution. But anyone on the pentax-discuss list, IMHO, gains credability, and I'm happy to ship to you regardless of where you live.
