Vivitar 2.8/28 macro and 2.8/24 macro are good ones. I have the
28, it has only an 1:5 ratio on its own, but can be used well with
tubes. It seems to be very well corrected for close distances, no
aberrations or distortion, has flat field... And they're cheap!
