Yeah, I remember that joke now.

As far as the French car, I tried Googling it, but nothing came up.  I
likely spelled it wrong.

I think it was a show-car from maybe a decade ago, kind of rounded and
real small - a modern take of a Citroen 2 CV, IIRC.
