Thanks for commenting. Here's a 100% crop so you can see clearer what those teeth are all about. They are gold teeth caps, which means they are reflecting the sky behind me. Only a really tiny part of them about maybe 10 pixels worth, is at max value. I can't really tell, but I think you are right about the eyes, the focus point might be like a cm in front of them, i.e. the glasses.
