I use the 15/3.5 more than the 18/3.5 (on my film bodies). 
On digital body? Hard to say... don't have one :-). I would think that
the 15 would provide a very nice FOV on the digital bodies.

Neither do I have any 20mm but the 18 is pretty close to that.
