It's Montreal.  They never do get to the "picking up stage".  That's 5
years of garbage you were looking at.

But, seriously, Montreal's a nice city, and fairly clean, too. 
Toronto's going through that "crap on the street from the thaw" thing,
too.  Got 2 flats today, from riding through all the garbage in the
gutters.
