I agree that you have a couple of lenses which need a cleaning.
The camera tech I usually go to charges 1-1.5 hours labor for most lens CLA, about $75-100. He did my M85/2 ... the focusing helicoid had become overly stiff because the lubricant had turned into a sticky mass.
