I thought that model number rang a bell. When I saw the photo I recognized it immediately.
I had one of those for several years in the 80's. It was a great snapshot camera for the family. If I remember correctly it was some sort of hybrid mechanical/electronic exposure system. Compared to today's cameras, it weighed a ton. Back then it was part of the point and shoot wave. After a few years it bit the dust and the cost of repair was more than a replacement.
