The pixels are 9 x 9 microns. The Sony sensor in the D and DS has individual 
pixels 7.8 microns in size.

If Kodak hasn't messed up the design, this could mean that the sensor will give 
images that are very free of noise, at least at base ISO. And I can't imagine 
that Pentax would buy the sensor if Kodak had botched it.
