Hello Tan, Ouch! Sorry to hear that. I got my second D body quite a while back figuring that at some point, one would croak and have to go in the shop - didn't want to get caught not being able to finish a job. Sounds like the dial is worn out maybe. Does the dial work to zoom in on images or any other functions for that dial?
