User guide of Pentax camera or CaptureOne software?

I have found out that the Kelvin temp values differ a lot in different
RAW conversion software for the same image. So it seems they are
somehow computed and not "real".

I will have to try it out with camera that supports setting the WB
directly in Kelvin.
