Hello Don,

You should try Capture One LE - price is $99.00.  I process wedding
shoots with it, much more quickly than dealing with a bunch of jpegs
that need slight edit.  It is really designed for batch workflow with
finetuning on an individual basis.  The biggest limitation to the LE
version is max batches of 10 - the more expensive versions have bigger
batch capabilities.

There is a free 15 day trial so it can't hurt to try it.
