Well yes, radiating black body is hotter when it emits shorter, more
energy wavelengths - more bluish. And it's colder when it emits
longer, less energy wavelengths - more reddish.
But it's mostly the science and technically minded people that know
this.
In artistic context, warmer is always more reddish. It has to do with
human perception, or our conditioning, from centuries of the great
masters. I consider myself an artist, so colder for me is always
bluish, no matter what the black body definition is!
