Ooooo... I ~love~ Ethiopian. Eating with your fingers and all, scooping up food with that delicious warm flat-bread. MMMMMmmmm! We used to have a really good Ethiopian place in our neighbourhood, but they closed down. We got to know the owner/cook a bit, and we'd never ask for the menu.
