Regarding Camera West in Monterrey, CA I can attest to what a good guy the owner, Sean, is. A few years ago at a camera show I bought a panoramic MF camera from him. I paid cash plus two Leica lenses. I tested the camera with a few rolls and then headed off to Istanbul. The first roll is Istanbul resulted in a complete jam and malfunction of the camera. I tried every day to make it work. When I got back I sent Sean an email about it. He refunded me my lenses and cash without any argument. A month later se sent me an email asking "just what was wrong with the camera?". Whe he got around to checking it it worked fine. It appeared that there was a loose screw in the camera that had jammed it but later moved out of the works. For a while I thought I had the loose screw.
