I donno, I think my Spaniel would notice, (don't have a zerostat to test 
with, not that I would), but Rotties are probably too tough to let on.

It's a great tool for disciplining cats too.

I always windered what the heck it was about zerostats that they hated 
so much.
My cats couldn't stand being shot with them.
Dogs didn't seem to notice.
