Manual with the KX and MX, AV with everything else 95% of the time. Never used program, only occasional use of TV for motor sport. I use manual for any tricky lighting and carry a hand held meter. Use TTL flash with cameras so equipped, generally indirect bounce flash. > 2. Do you shoot digital or film? Both, but I don't have my own DSLR yet > 3.
