Too few folks appreciate fine quality, either in their cameras or their images. Today's society is all about speed and convenience. The buying and using public says, "I want what I want and I want it NOW!" Acutance is no longer discussed, only resolution, contrast and number of megapixels on a CCD. Lost is any appreciation for the creamy appearence of the fine, random grain of better films and papers that make the best of sharp, high contrast lenses. - so who needs either, right?

<sigh>
