Not on mine, but it may be possible with other systems.
Typically with a box and cable set up, the stobes fire at whatever power setting is chosen, and is distributed either symetrically, or asymettrically through the flash heads. My power pack has two channels on it. Both fire when the unit is triggered.
There is a switch on the box that allows the A and B channels to either have equal distribution of power, or for a 1:3 power ratio to be set.
