At 60 Hz, they'd be pulsing at 120 times per second, right? Once for the "up" part of the cycle and once for the "down" part (thinking of a sine wave here)? And, yeah, I'm pretty sure I was shooting at 1/30th, so that would be 4 pulses for that period of time, right?
