What I'd like is a single device that will store 120g of data, provide the ability to burn CD's and/or DVD's, and not require a computer. I have a 40g Flashtrax, but I anticipate far exceeding it's capacity on a 2 week vacation, plus if it were to 'go south' I'd lose everything. I want to be able to burn a backup copy to CD/DVD after copying files from the compact flash to the hard drive. Does anything like this exist in a single unit? I got the cheaper ImageTank 20gb a while back (a year?). It's okay, but I can't recommend it. I have found it useful in the field, and reliable. I didn't have to get another Flash Card. However, the battery runs down really, really fast (faster than any battery in anything I have). So I have to double check it is fully charged before I take it out (otherwise I can't copy to it.) The disc steno looks rather neat. If anyone ever gets it, their feedback would be interesting. HTH, Marnie aka Doe
