As some asked for Sigma EX 1.8/20mm samples, here I dug few out. Some
background:
*Nikon D70 - obviously, it produces different images than IstD
(weaker antialiasing filter, different algorithms, colour,...). So
they are just useful to comparing the lens to itself across different
apertures.
*JPEG straight from camera, I think they had medium-low sharpening and
lower contrast curve.
*All details are in the EXIF files.
*I will delete them in a few days, so if interested, see them now.
*The lens was used, and the AF mechanism was somewhat broken, at least
it was working quite slowly. Needless to say I let it pass. Otherwise,
I agree it's an interesting lens on digital. I remember from trying it few yars
ago on film, I didn't like it much. YMMV ;-)

Files are here:

They are in the order of aperture taken, like this:
1.8 (DSC2722)
2.2
2.8 (DSC2724)

(I intended to add 4 and 5.6 there, but it seems that webserver is
hiccuping now - it won't let me add them, even if there is PLENTY of
free space?!? They upload, but after that, disappear!!!)

All are in AdobeRGB colour space, and full 6MP size. So better
don't open them in your browser, but download them ("save as") and
open them in your photo application, preferably colour aware. If they
look too "flat" and green tint, you are viewing them in the
wrong colour space. Assign AdobeRGB to them then.
