That's a very nice image the back lighting worked wonderfully.

Having previously owned the FA 100/2.8 macro, I can say that I am just as, or more happy with the Tamron macro. Advantages to the Tamron are that it is much lighter to work with and the AF/MF is much like the FA* lenses with a push/pull ring and has much better MF feeling. Image quality is quite close between them.
