Sure, dump a late version of the Panotools dll (I'm using pano12.dll v2.7.0.8) in the PS application directory and unzip all the other files (Ptools and PTlens) into a sub under the PS "Plug-Ins" directory (mine are in a sub named "PanoTools". When PS starts up it will scan the subs and mount the new tools at the bottom of the filters menu.
