The US distributor, http://www.mydigitaldiscount.com/, will sell
you the unit pre-flashed with the update that enables Mac OS
compatibility for an extra $10. This is probably worth it as
otherwise they won't warranty the unit, and I suspect you need
access to a Windows computer to install the update. 

Sure looks like a nice unit. I'd like to get one without the
hard drive installed as I have a couple of 2.5"/9.5mm 60G
high-performance laptop drives I can put in it already.
