Yes, I have checked. It says nothing about Hypermode with a flash (or I
can't find it).

It appeares that the slowes speed usiable with a flash varies with the mode,
the flash and the focal length used - and perhaps even with the focusing
distance.

Have you checked the manual? It should mention such limitations. I
found that the -5n manual has plenty of useful stuff (but not about
HyperManual ;-)
