On 13/2/05, Bruce Dayton, discombobulated, unleashed:

>We will meet at 10:30 am at the Rosicrucian Egyptian Museum in San
>Jose. If some want to go through the museum they can or we can just
>shoot a bit on the grounds. Then we'll do lunch nearby and head over
>to the San Jose Historic Park and Japanese Gardens (about 2 miles
>away). They share a parking lot and we can shoot at either/both. I'm
>guessing it may be just about as well for people shooting as sights,
>so hopefully this can provide some enjoyment and variety for all.
>
>After we're done, those that want to have a dinner together may do so
>(I will want to eat before the long trek home) and the rest can go on
>their merry way.
>
>John Francis has graciously provided some pictures of these areas.

Boy are you whetting my appetite Bruce. Me and a friend used to visit
that museum regularly when I was a lad. School trips and extra-
curricular: he was a big fan and would come away with scarabs ad
infinitum. This was thirty years ago. I'm envious :-)

Cheers,
  Cotty
