Not at all what I expected from the title, Bruce, but a most
appropriate title none-the-less, as it turns out.  <g>

There's a lovely simplicity to this shot which is enhanced by your
compositional skills.  That bud really does seem to be watching over
his buddies, doesn't he?  Lovely muted colours, the narrow dof works
exquisitely well here.

You've given a flower bud "personality", and that's no easy feat.
