Now i've tried some alkaline batteries (energizer), the same. No problems with external flashes, onle when using the built-in flash, the camera goes on strike. I even can't shoot without flash in auto mode. The must be some problem with the internal flash. Seems to need to much energy...

Even one low voltage cell will cause the camera to behave strangely. And if you're using the grip, it doesn't matter if the grip batteries are almost new. If the set in the camera is low, it will mesbehave. Put a set of new batteries in the camera and see if that doesn't solve your problem.
